What's the Coolidge Effect
In most animals, when a male encounters a new female, dopamine or semen production increases dramatically. However, when a male mates with the same female, dopamine or semen production remains unchanged.
In contrast, females tend to mate with the same or a small number of males
Collidge effect in humans
